Toxic Sonae May be Leaving!

The Sonae Factory has been delivered an Ultimatum by Liverpool FC who's academy is situated right next to the toxic plant. Part of the Academies land was to be used for an Information technology center.

A high flying PR in Kirkby tipped us off as to knives being drawn over Sonae and LFC and Granada.Apparently, off the record, Liverpool FC will leave if Sonae stay. You heard it here first!

The local media today reported that Sonae were in trouble having been turned upon by Liverpool FC's Academy which is the neighbour of this toxic Dump. The Liverpool Echo reported that Sonae admitted in a secret meeting with Knowsley Council officials that "aspects of its operations are unacceptable and will not be allowed to continue" this Council report to the media also stated that " The Firm(Sonae)is to prepare an action plan to address issues including odour, dust and emmisions from the plant. The plan is to be submitted to the Council for approval within seven days.

It is worth noting that Granada who are behind the Information Technology Center have been given £178,832 in SRB (Social Regeneration Budget) funds. Nice one to the dimwits who sit on these commitees's for giving a multi million firm Like Granada all that money.Granada have also been awarded £1.37 million which they have matched.It is worth noting that pressure has been bought to bear upon Granada who have so far put the cash in the bank and made a nice pile of interest.
