Paedophile Watch: Keeping Kirkby Free from Predatory Scum
Kirkby's Goal: A Paedophile free Zone
Kirkby Times covers many local issues,but none are perhaps as important as the protection of our children.
Most of us here in Kirkby would never harm a hair on a kids head. Of all the wicked crimes that man and women can commit, there is no doubt that the sexual abuse of children is
a crime which represents all that is wrong with humanity. To prey on the weakest and most vulnerable is, to many, utterly unforgivable.
Internet Dangers,: Parents must Know what's going on.
Anyone who has children who use the internet, particularly young children, must be aware of the dangers of Internet paedophile activity.
Chat rooms are used by many paedophiles as they are easily accessed and as a recent Sunday mirror newspaper report showed,there was active competition in some chat rooms to 'chat' to 12 yr old girls.
The picture you see at the top is of such a paedophile trapped by reporters and fooled into believing he was going to meet a 12 yr old girl
who he 'met' on an internet chat room. There are also a disturbing number of people who trade in paedophile pornography on the internet. A former Conservative Lord Mayor found with almost 17000
images of child pornography, a Michael Powell of Bridgend was sentenced to a pathetic 3 years.Powell was also a conservative candidate in two General elections.
Paedophiles in Kirkby.
Here in Kirkby we are perhaps being used as a dumping ground for paedophiles.There are no real statistics to warn us of the level of paedophiles here,
but some people who work in Kirkby will have knowledge of sex offenders. These people include Policemen(obviously) Head teachers, Social Workers and Community Workers, presumably management.
Under the sex offenders act 1977. sex offenders must register at the local Police station.
Statistics for the Cheshire Police show a total of 20 such offenders to have simply 'vanished'.In the case of known paedophiles,they will leave the town where they committed the offence, and seems as Kirkby
is a dumping ground for everything else, it begs the question: Do the Council knowingly allow paedophiles to
take up residence here?. The answer is yes.
Name them, shame them, Jail them,For Life.
With some research it would be possible to come up with a list of anyone in Kirkby convicted of any crimes of a sexual nature against children. It is perfectly legal to report
on anyone convicted, and in the USA under 'Megans Law' there is no hiding place for offenders who are made known to local people by the authorities when any of these people move into a local community.
Megans law came into being after 7 yr old Megan Kanka was raped and killed by a KNOWN SEX OFFENDER who moved across the road from Megan's home in New Jersey.Her Death, horrific as it was, at least kicked the authorities into action.
Whereas in the UK, our Police and Local Authority's hide the paedophiles from the local community.Ask the Parents of Sarah Payne, an 8 yr old raped and killed by Roy Whiting A KNOWN PAEDOPHILE SEX OFFENDER, who was known to the Police and the local Council's officials.

Kirkby times would be happy to publish any such reports we come across detailing any paedophiles. But, it is difficult unless the offenders committed the offence in the Merseyside area.Nevertheless, there will be some paedophiles we can identify.These people must never feel safe.
They do not deserve to be allowed to hide away in Kirkby, maybe hiding from their victims in other towns. We can all play a part in researching and collecting evidence such as newspaper cuttings.
Anti Paedophile Protests in recent times.
Paulstown,Bristol
There was a much publicised protest on a working class
Council estate in the Paulsgrove area of Bristol. The campaign was unfortunately tied up the
the dodgy gutter-rag Sunday paper the 'News' of the World.
Apart from that, the protests became effective with marches by the community
and actual exposing of paedophiles, 2 of whom apparently committed suicide.
Unfortunately some of the people targeted by the protestors were mistakenly
identified by the News of the World,and it is wise in future to base any identification
on proven intelligence. The local community is capable of identifying
paedophiles,after all, some of us here KNOW WHO THEY ARE.The protests in
Paulstown were good in a way because it showed a Community getting involved
in a very very important issue.
A lot of the media's disaproval of the protests came about through an anti working
class attitude which kicks in when independent protests and movements seem to happen.
The anti paedophile protests could well have snowballed had similar
protests taken place here in Kirkby. It would bring many women who had never
campaigned on political issues to the fore.
One things for sure, no paedophile in the Country would be willing to take
up Council accommodation in Paulstown after publicity they received.Is that
such a bad thing?
We Must Not Leave our Children to the Mercy of Scum

Kirkby Times hopes, and even prays for the safe return of the two missing
girls Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells(as of 12.32am Aug 14th 2002)but we all fear the worse
now,its sickening to even think about it.
These Two 10 yr old's should be in the minds of every last Judge Lawyer and Politician's
as they protect the Paedophiles from being identified. Whilst we hope the kids are safe,it
is a dark thought we all have now,
the sickening feeling that more children have been taken by these predator's.
As i write this,the Police await the break of day so they can continue the
search on land where a witness reported screaming on the day of the girls disappearance.
Please don't let this be another case where some Known paedophile has been left to
wonder at will amongst us.( updated Sept 24th R.I.P)
There's been too many sexual crimes against Children,
one is too much, but the Police, the Council and other Community 'Leaders' have prior
knowledge of the whereabouts of many of these SCUM. We need a 'Sarahs Law' to be bought in,
we cannot allow another child to be abused and killed by some sick twisted monster.
