Northwood Report: 183 Pages of Bollo***
The Beaurocrats at Northwood House have been looking for
ever increasing useless ways to waste the limited SRB funds floating around Northwood. Heres the latest waste of good money......
183 Page report commisioned, Could have been 5 pages for all the sense it makes.
The report is grandly titled "Northwood Into the Millennium SRB5 Programmme
Mid Term Evaluation and Strategic Review" It was a report commissioned (we bet it cost a FORTUNE) by the 'Northwood Partnership board' the firm who done the report
are raking it in as they are commissioned by hundreds of councils and mini beaurocracys to carry out reports into areas they know nothing of.
Once again, the ordinary people have to sit back whilst a bunch of university educated intellectuals
use Kirkby as a place to write some long , in depth, and, to most ordinary people,utterly useless report.
The people who write these reports talk in a language all of their own, the report is
about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle, and paints a picture of the SRB funds as being used in a worthwhile way.

These Funds are being eaten away at an alarming rate, and this report is one of many commissioned and left
to gather dust in Kirkby Library. Luckily in a digital format we won't need to actually waste tree's for this pure garbage.
The Author of the report is one Chris Ralph. There's about 5 pages of statistics
and usable facts which we will condense in a readable version which a 12 year
old kid could understand. Its about time we got rid of the army of pen pushing parasites who only use Kirkby
to make a fast buck. If anyone should be writing reports here, its LOCAL PEOPLE, and that does not include the
beaurocrats who just work here, till the funds run out and somewhere else is declared in need of 'expert' help.

More to come soon as we analyse this report and try to work out why anyone needs 183 pages to sum up what's wrong
in Northwood and many other Working class Communities. One comment in the report states "
"The Bid Document acknowledges that environment of Northwood is harsh, drab and offers few amenities" , yeh, right.
We'd never have guessed without the help from the experts would we?.We'd have been better off giving
a project to local school kids, it would have cost relatively little, and would have made a lot more sense.
