Kirkby times has already covered in detail the appalling living conditions of some tenants here and tried, unsuccessfully so far, to get any word from the Housing Trust as to what the immediate future is for tenants. Before Knowsley Housing Trust won the dubious vote to transfer the housing we had a deluge of literature and glossy 'news' papers all of which were funded by the tax payers to persuade tenants that the only choice was to transfer Council property to a Private Company which, despite its promises, seems less accountable than the Council. Maybe the Housing Trust may like to explain why they have have left the below health hazard after being warned 100 days ago that it needed sorting immediately.

Below, its not too difficult to clean them, it took me a gallon of bleach and several buckets of water to clean this. One word to the Housing Trust NEGLIGENCE. You had better clean your act up because your not looking too good. Just get off your backsides and do what your supposedly paid for.

200 Photo's can't be wrong.

All the various points raised about vandalism and Council/Housing Trust neglect are backed up with over 200 photographs now. The image presented by the Housing Trust is a Million Miles away from the Reality portrayed on photograph. Kirkby times pointed out a while back a blatant LIE by one of the Councils Housing papers. The Council actually tried to make out they had turned around one ailing tower block Larch Towers which everyone in Kirkby Knows as a SLUM TOWER BLOCK.

Tenants in these Tower Blocks are still being charged for security. Truth is its easier to find a heroin dealer or vandal than a security guard. Out of the 200 photo's there are NO photographs of security guards. This is because none patrol. You'd have to be thick to hire a security firm which never appeared to even patrol the premises, but somehow, in their collective wisdom, Knowsley Housing Trust have done just that.

Clean Up the Mess!

Below, John Mc Hale the , Chief Executive of Knowsley Housing Trust, and a bottle of disinfectent which its likely they can afford seems as they are getting 30 million Pounds. Check out the appalling website of the Housing Trust which has so far got only a few scant lines outlining the regeneration they seemed to be talking so much about prior to the housing sell off.
