Northwood's SRB funds are being spent on all manner of useless schemes and the latest
to receive criticism is a scheme which has rewarded pupils who were expelled,
with computers "worth £1000". The Free Computer Scheme, has so far given away 150 computers, to schoolkids, is now extended to include pupils expelled.
Apparently a £50,000 grant is being made available by Knowsley Council to give 50 expelled pupils the £1000 computers.
Who got the contact to build them by the way?
Reward the bad, punish the good.
The scheme which gave away the computers was allowed to actually be rubber stamped by many local political players who seem to just keep
their mouths shut due to the fact many have had grants for questionable ideas themselves.
Dick Tracey,someone who manages Northwood House and is
a spokesman for the SRB, is not local and will soon depart to pastures new as soon as he and
the rest of the pen pushers have milked the SRB funds dry. In fact, it seem that
the allocation of SRB funds is itself undemocratic and
the paperwork made deliberately confusing so a bunch of trained 'experts' can step in,
'experts' like Dick Tracey who tried to squirm his way out of the
accusations by claiming in the Liverpool Echo that "My understanding is that no children who are
currently excluded will be given computers, but it will involve previously excluded pupils"
Real clever that one Dick, we bet you'd be as forgiving if some of these little angels piled into your little HQ.
Any scallys wishing to do so may find Dick may give them a computer for being 'socially disadvantaged'
Crackpot Schemes and insane political correctness
Many of us in Kirkby are sick of seeing crackpot schemes where the worse of society are given all the resources and time.
Kirkby is a community which is being ruled by Idiots, the likes of Dick Tracey and his university
educated politically correct buddies who swan into our areas with grand ideas are a bloody nuisance.
This scheme is typical of someone who has little or no understanding of working class communities. It is an idea which has spread because no-one has the guts to say its a STUPID IDEA.
Some idiot spindoctor dreams it up in London and everyone below takes up the idea so as to be seen as 'progressive' and 'in tune'
with the governments thinking.
Have you bought a computer?
Many Families in Kirkby have actually spent a lot of their OWN money investing in a computer,this author has built several for NO profit
and so far the dearest system, which is state of the art, cost approx £700. In hindsight, it would have been better to ask the parents to make sure their kid(s) were expelled!
This is the sick state of affairs we are coming to. Be an asset to the community, get nothing, be a thorn in the communities side, and be rewarded.

Lets not forget that James Bulger's killers were rewarded as well with a top
education which would have given ANY kid here a good start in life. Whilst this may be an extreme example of the 'do gooders' at work, it is
obvious that the community of Kirkby is being taken over by people, local or not,who seem to have no common sense whatsoever.
Worryingly many of these people end up on committee's which decide the fate of the funds they in
turn will receive. Keep quiet and play the game, and you will be allowed to share some of the funds.
Many of the jobs and schemes funded by the SRB funds and other funds, have wages which you and I can only dream of.
The blame must be levelled at the Left Wing here in Kirkby who have, to be frank, been bought off with 20K a year Jobs many funded by SRB and Euro funds.
Almost ALL the former loud mouthed left wingers here are currently connected to the SRB funds in some way shape or form.
This ensures their silence on these matters and leaves Kirkby Times as the only platform bringing these issues to the fore.
The presence of the radical left today in Kirkby is almost nil. As Kirkby Times
has stated before, this leaves a lot of kids here with no-one to look up to
and no sense of Class Solidarity. The role models for kids here
are football players, pop stars or the local gangsters. No-one looks up to a local councillor, we could not find a kid under 12 who actually knew who or what a local councillor was.
Unless its a Councillors kid! Truth is most people in politics are bent.
Thats what most working Class people think, rightly so as it happens!
We need opposition here more than ever, what is at stake is our very community. Once these SRB funds have been wasted
we will be looking at some hard times. The experts like Dick Tracey will be in another community.
***How the cost of £1000 has been worked out is puzzling as the computers being given away could be built for
approx £500-600 maybe less depending on the specs. Kirkby Times will be asking for a breakdown of the costs as, to be frank, it does not add up.
Local computer builders(passed over for the contract it seems) have stated that an order for over 100 computers would
be considerabley less than £1000 per unit. In fact for approx £700 this author could build a TOP system, 2.6ghz, 512mb DDR Ram, CDRW 52 speed, DVD Drive,
128mb Graphic card, 5.1 sound card, 120 gig hard drive. The system would be internet and network ready
and i suspect would be a higher spec than the computers given away. The price includes a 19" monitor, gamepad for games,
a printer and scanner of decent spec.Also a floppy drive plus keyboard and mouse. I'm not asking for the contract, just saying there's locals better qualified than me to take on that job.
If i was buying the parts to build a LOT of computers, the price would be reduced further obviously!
