7 Year Old in serious sexual assault
On Saturday Afternoon,5th Oct 2002 there was a very
serious incident in which a 7 year old local boy was thrown to the floor and had
his clothes tore off before being seriously sexually assaulted.This despicable incident took place
on fields off Bracknell Avenue, Kirkby.The child was fleeing Bullies when he was grabbed by the attacker.
The news only made the local media today on the 7th Oct. Local
residents have been leafletted on the incident, presumably by the Police.

The man involved in this incident was described as being aged around
30, with brown curly hair with a blonde streak at the front.
Hopefully this clue will alert someone as to the identity of the person.
He was wearing a dark 'La Coste' tracksuit. As of yet there are no further details as to whether
any more details may be forthcoming to identify the attacker, such as a possible poster
which could be put together using a computer imaging program.
Kirkby Times has raised the question as to how many sexual offenders may well be dumped
in places like Kirkby.
We hope this offender is caught as soon as possible and maybe there needs to be questions
asked as to why there was, for most people here, a 2 to 3 day delay in
alerting us as to the possibility of a paedophile abductor operating in
the Area. Media reports only mentioned the assault on 7th Oct, but it is only on the
8th when we are alerted that it was in fact a serious sexual assault.
After the Hollie and Jessica abductions and Murders,
you would think the Police would be more pro-active in alerting the local communities
as to these type of incidents.
There may well have been a reason for the delay, the report on
local radio makes no indication of when this incident was reported to the Police.
Often the fault lies in the Police Beaurocracy, individual cops here are no doubt
as eager as we are to catch the SCUM who prey on kids.

Dialing 999 is ok if your just reporting on an incident, such as this,
which has already taken place.
However, dialing 999 is becoming a bit of a gamble. It cannot be guaranteed that you will get a
good enough response.
If you actually witness any incidents involving child abuse or attempted abduction.
Make a citizens arrest,
use reasonable force.
Don't stand by and wait for the cops if you are physically able to intervene. If you suspect anyone of any acts relating to the sexual
or physical abuse of children, inform the Police in the first instance.
We all know any cop worth his or her salt would do their damndest to prevent this abuse.

statement ""We have emailed each of the headteachers in Kirkby, the 21 primary, secondary and special schools, to say obviously we are very concerned.
It's an extremely worrying thing that's happened and we are asking headteachers to relay this to parents.
We have taken advice from Knowsley Police - parents need to be extra vigilant and make the whereabouts of their child a priority." Lets hope the Council can reassure us
that serious sexual offenders are not being dumped here in the first place. It seems that there have been too many cases where paedophiles are allowed to
remain at large. Ask yourself, how many known paedophiles live here? The experiences of the working class community of the Paulsgrove area of Bristol
led them to discover that there own area was used as a dumping ground for paedophiles. Whilst the anti paedophile protests were
discredited by association with the news of the World Gutter Rag, some aspects of the campaign were positive.
How many times have we said to ourselves we cannot let the sexual abuse of children go on?
Every time one of our kids is abused, we get the same tired old excuses from the politicions.Its probable paedophiles at the top end of Society have
been covered up. Read this disturbing report from Australia which points to Cover Ups of paedophile activity at the highest levels, and the
failure, even efforts to prevent investigation by politicians and law-makers.
We cannot sit by as the LAW and the likes of Lord JusticeWoolf let killers and lowlife walk free.
When Working class people try to make a stand, they are villified by the middle class media
as a 'mob'. All we want is to be able to protect our children. Relying on the Law is dangerous, the first line of defence is the Community itself.
Kirkby Times has pointed out that our children here have less and less places to play. The close proximity of playing fields
is important with young kids, not least because of the increased traffic, but now this sinister
incident of a serious sexual assault. One things for sure. If the Community of Kirkby were allowed to sentence this or any other paedophile, they would NEVER be
a danger to a child again.

Did you know that from the 750,000 photos the police seized from
"The worlds biggest internet child pornography ring bust", there were more
than 1260 children involved, being sexually abused? Since this "bust” in 1998(the 'wonderland internet club') ,
only 17 of these children have been identified and 1 child is already presumed murdered.
Three years to find this atrociously small number of children out of so many begs the
question – exactly what are the police doing to find them?
These children will never be safe until they are found.
This includes babies as young as 3 months old being tortured.
We also constantly hear through mass-media about the 107 people
who were arrested in the "Wonderland Case" receiving pitifully small sentences
and some getting off scot free, yet rarely or never, about what
the police are actually doing to find the children.
Is this not the main issue we should be concerned with?
Obviously it is, but the media and the authorities don’t
seem to think so.
WE ALL KNOW SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN IS BEING
COVERED UP AT HIGH LEVELS.IT MUST BE STOPPED.
