The Kirkby Times can reveal that a secret ally of Knowsleys Kaiser Keight,
is the new chair of Merseyside Police Authority. Cllr Bill Weightman has taken over
from Carol Gustafson who lost her seat on Sefton Council in the June elections.
Below - is that a flying saucer on her head? Carol 'Haircut' Gustaferson and the Haircut from Hell
Weightman is described by colleagues as a man for all seasons, he earned this
accolade by his duplicity when he was part of the group in Kirkby who used to meet
to discuss how they could gain some influence on the iron ruler Keight, when he was
walking all over Kirkby, its Councillors and its community.
Weightman, a tubby, self important man with a briefcase, was Keights spy on the inside,
his own deep throat, who fed back to him the comments of his critics, as a reward, Keight
placed him on the police authority, with the lucrative payments as payback. Weightman
is also said be close to Kirkby's version of Lord Lucan, George- Lets Bomb Baghdad -
Howarth. What splendid bedfellows!
Now Knowsley Council hold the top positions of Chair and Chief Executive of the police
authority, its hard to imagine any enthusiasm to investigate the secretive land deals
in Knowsley Council, and the involvement of some leading councillors in securing lucrative
freehold land for their local political party, effectively themselves, without declaring
any interest. We can only watch and wait.
