What's Happening in Towerhill?

Knowsley Council New Labour Nightmare - Towerhill - shows kids playground

Does anyone know what's happening? Tower Hill community center has been shut down. 60 odd houses are being knocked down - and this is phase 1 of 3. So, could be 180 odd houses in all. Tenants and owners have to go. House price offered to owners and re-location to Huyton, Stockbridge Village or Halewood for tenants. Any knowledge or idea's? Does kht own the land the houses are on or do they lease it? There must be a plan. There must be conditions on the transfer of housing stock. Can you cover this on your site please? thanks.
