As revealed recently,
Knowsley Housing Trust was quick to paint off graffiti on the outside of Oak
Tower which named and shamed a heroin addict convicted of robbing an elderly tenant,
Annie Sanderson, who was found dead in mysterious circumstances. However - a
swastika which had been up for approx 2 years - had been left up. If you read
the Housing Trusts small print they only agree to actually paint some areas
'every 5 years' - However - when you think about the hundreds of thousands of
British people who died fighting fascism and who died to stop the swastika
flag from flying over Europe - it is sickening that KHT can allow this symbol of
Hate to remain for so long.
On Friday 17th of October I painted over the swastika. You can see
a short video below which shows the situation before I painted over
the swastika. The job started at 21.22 - to see the video click on the link below on the video graphic.
By 21.25, the job was done - 3 minutes of my time was all that
was needed.KHT couldn't spare 3 minutes of their time. You can see the work
below on video after I used the paint and brush to good effect.
I also put up a notice warning people the paint was wet. Click below to see the video.
The paint cost £2.50 - KHT are welcome to have what's left of the
tin after they hand over what they owe me. We still have elderly people
in Kirkby who fought Hitler - I'm sure most will be unhappy to hear that
the swastika was left up for so long.

unemployment, street crime and drugs. People who can, move out.
Nightmare neighbours move in."
