After preying on
and scavenging off their own working class elderly neighbours in Northwood,
Westvale, etc, the lowlife Scum have now moved to North Park Rd, where there
are a number of Sheltered Housing complexes owned by Anchor Housing. Never
mind Knowsley Housing Trust, this housing association, like Riverside etc,
is a registered charity, and as such is not supposed to make a profit, being
financed by the Government's Housing Corporation. Yet the conditions in
Park Court for instance are intolerable.
£40 Rent increase.
The elderly tenants have just had a £40 a Month increase in their rents. No reason was given. On top of that the security that these elderly and sometimes frail tenants are entitled to expect - and are paying through the nose for - is practically non-existent. For example, only a part-time warden is employed, who has to alternate between the three developments in North Park Road!
75 Year old severely disabled pensioner robbed
The latest incident, last Monday night, was the case of a
75-year-old pensioner being robbed at five-o'clock in the morning
whilst she was asleep. This lady has suffered several strokes and is
severely disabled. She is now terrified at night, and cannot sleep.
She has to keep the kitchen table put up against her front door, to
keep the scavenging Scum at bay in case they return.
Who is protecting her and all the other elderly victims in North Park Road ??!!!
The Scum were a man and woman, who first tried to burgle a flat below, where the male pensioner
was on a Nebuliser. When they saw him awake they left and went upstairs to rob
this lady of her handbag, purse and £200 savings. This lady has already been
robbed in Park Court when she lived a floor below. She was moved upstairs for
her security and safety!!.Since she had the latch on from the inside of her flat, the
Scum's access was apparently gained by use of a Master key!!
Serious Questions that need answers
There are some serious answers required here from, The Warden, the management
of Anchor Housing Association, and Kirkby Police - the latter of whom seem not
to care less about the plight of these now terrified pensioners living virtually under siege.
They have good descriptions of this Scumbag thieving, cowardly duo. What are they doing
about it?!! And when is the registered charity Anchor Housing, going to stop ripping
off their elderly tenants, and start giving them the security and protection they need
and deserve?!!
