The Kirkby Times can reveal that another ex con wields immense power inside the
Sleaze ridden new labour party in Knowsley
Huyton Councillor gave a glowing character reference to a convicted paedophile.
Huyton Councillor for Longview M Kearns is well known to readers of the Kirkby
Times, when it was reported he unashamedly gave a glowing character reference
to a convicted paedophile, before he was jailed for abusing a young girl.
Kearns did this in his then capacity as deputy chair of Social Services!
It can know be revealed he was convicted of assault in the early 90s at
Knutsford Crown Court, and given a community sentence. All this was
known to the new labour mafia in Millbank.
However Kearns was to become the hatchet man for ex leader, South African
Keight, and given charge of assessing the suitability of Labour candidates,
and incredibly selecting them.
The Kirkby Times can only speculate as to why new labour seem
openly to endorse these type of standards, or is Cherie Blair
lined up to become a MP in Knowsley ?
Hopefully at the next elections the decent people of Kirkby and Huyton
will banish these people into the political wilderness were they belong
