Liverpool Radio Station Juice FM has done the dirty and used the SCUM (Sun) Gutter-Rag to advertise in. The adverts appeared in the SCUM last weekend and there was an immediate response when people phoned up Juice FM to complain and possibly threaten them. Only a few months ago, the magazine FHM received threats from all over the World after trying to make a joke out of the Hillsborough Football Disaster. Whilst threats are generally illegal to make, it is entirely understandable in this case. The Sun has already lost some $150 Million in an ongoing boycott on Merseyside. Even Knowsley Council are forced to ban the SCUM from local libraries etc.

Juice FM ran the advert after Juice Managing Director Ian Clasper claimed 'Our advertising is arranged on a national basis and as our ad-campaign manager has been on holiday, this somehow slipped through the net.' This seems like a feeble excuse, and who-ever sanctioned the adverts; it would not have been the office boy. An advertising campaign with the SCUM will certainly cost a fair few quid, and this would not have been a decision made by one person.

An apology was issued as soon as the complaints came flooding in to Juice FM. Ian Clasper likely realises how serious this matter is by now - and even though they have issued an apology this website hopes that they will actually make a donation to the Hillsborough Justice Campaign who have been the most vocal of the Suns opponents here on Merseyside. Dave Church, one of the bereaved fathers, had to put up with SCUM journalists creeping round the graveyard as his son was buried back in 1989. Not content with accusing Liverpool fans of robbing the dead, they thought it would be a good idea to photograph the coffins. The Sun will NEVER be forgiven by many here, and rightly so.

One last point, the Echo reported on the matter and claimed that 'the Sun ran an inaccurate story in the aftermath of the Hillsborough disaster' - the word 'inaccurate' is a bit of an under-statement for what the SCUM actually reported on the 19th of April 1989, here's the headlines again for those who may have forgot or those who are too young to remember………….

That's not an 'inaccurate story' it's pre meditated lies and defamation made up by the Police and the scumbag journalists who are always eager to serve the powers that be in supplying black propaganda. The headlines themselves give a clue as to who 'tipped off' the reporters at the time, funnily enough our own Chief Constable would possibly be able to enlighten us as to the way in which the Police used the likes of the SCUM to fend off the incoming flak they knew they would receive. Just remember - the Sun Boycott continues - and Juice FM have at least apologised and withdrew the advertising campaign.

Sun hit for £150,000,000!

So far, Merseyside has hit the sun with estimated £150,000,000 losses due to the ongoing boycott - this is a magnificent effort and Merseyside should be proud. We should not rest on this success though; we need to make sure the boycott is pushed wherever we may be. This mean NO advertising, NO endorsements, NO Interviews by any local musicians, sports personalities or who-ever. Most importantly - if you're a newsagent - why not refuse to sell the SCUM? - We need to make sure we never forget or forgive. Boycott this rag!

If you're a Sun reader - remember the vicious lies it prints was not only about Hillsborough - the lies were an insult to every working class person, every football fan and definitely every Scouser.

To those scum who perpetuate the lies, keep your heads down. To the journalists who wrote the article and Kelvin Mc Kenzie (the editor at the time) and Rupert Murdoch - our day will come. Don't think you can crawl through the shadows forever.
