Its no use blaming the Senior Officers like Steve Gallagher for their obscenely inflated salaries paid for by the poor mugs of Kirkby, Huyton and Halewood. These non-productive, bureaucratic leeches have no social conscience. THEY CONTROL the Council! The idiotic, dick-head Labour Councillors wouldn't know Price Waterhouse or any other such highly- paid PR and Staff Recruitment vultures from their own mothers.

Who recommends consultants are bought in?

Who do you think "recommends" that such consultants be brought in to "review" senior management salaries? Why senior management of course! So, that way The "Suits" in the lucrative, but worthless PR industry get a nice slice of the juicy cake (their over-inflated fees) paid for by Knowsley ratepayers, and the Senior Council officers get their bloated pay rises - again paid for by the New Labour-voting, rate-paying mugs of Knowsley! And who, in the name of "democracy" sanctions this financial blood-letting of their own working-class voters, by these middle-class leeches? Why, the Labour Knowsley Councillors! ....... But Why?

Because they are too thick to even know what's going on, and they are so gullible that they are taken in by the gobble-de-gook of their "better-educated" officers.
