| Annie, like a lot of the old folk who lived in the block, would have been harrased by the amount of drug users in the flats. Pictured here is the left overs of a few lads and possibly girls smoking cannabis. This isn't a bunch of peacefully hippies smoking peacefully meditating on the universe ect. I have seen kids as young as 12 or 13 smoking cannabis in the flats during schooltime. Oak Tower has practically been a community centre without supervision for the past 5 years or so. |
