God never helped Annie though, thats for sure, but Knowsley housing Trust had the actual responsibility to safeguard their property and more importantly the tenants. If you look close you can see the small 'spy hole' all the doors are fitted with. This gives pensioners and anyone the chance to see who is knocking before they open the door. However, amy pensioners have failing eyesight and it is hard to distinguish who is calling. |
