| The Liverpool Echo reported that Annie lived alone on the second floor. However, this photo shows a flat, possibelly occupied. If it's not occupied, why is there not a metal door up securing the property? How many people did actually live on the second floor? Kirkby times has reported that it seems someone DID live on the second floor apart from Annie. As reported here, it may be possible Annies flat was accessed by a neighboring flat which shared the balcony with her. |
