| This blood is on the walls on a lot of floors and also found staining the stairway walls. The odd spillage may well be a simple accident, but once you walk around and look at the amount of blood stains, it becomes clear that it is from junkies injecting. The situation got so bad that a tenant, trying to clean up rubbish on a landing, was pieced by a hypodermic needle. |
