| More blood stains, left uncleaned for months on the second floor. There was a time when these flats were spotless, and all the residents would clean their allotted areas as well as the caretaker who used to live here. You could eat your dinner off the floor almost, but nowadays its just a slum where nothing is cleaned. If the management of Knowsley Housing Trust forced to live here, we'd see massive changes. |
