| As stated by the media, Annie was the sole tenant on the second floor, but this is another flat on Annies floor and if its unoccupied then why is the front door still left up for squatters or vandals to target? Access to Annies flat would not have been gained to Annies flat from this particular flat, but it would be unwise to simply leave unoccupied flats unsecure. The kids hanging around in the block would notice no-one lived there and likely gain access, perhaps set it alight as happened last year. |
