Media Lies in the Iraq War........
Does the scene below look like the fall of the Berlin Wall? The area circled in red is
where the US Marines, The press and a small number of Iraqis gathered to
pull down the statue of Saddam Hussein. No more than 150 people were involved.
The Plaza was empty and sealed off by the marines
It all occurred opposite the Palestine hotel where the International media are based.
This was a carefully stage managed media event. The pro America Iraqis involved were
members of Ahmed Chabali,s 'Free Iraq forces militia'…recently flown into Iraq by the USA
pentagon. Chabali is a Washington favourite to head the new Government. The toppling of
the statue was promoted as a massive uprising; does this even look massive to you?
The Photo below shows Ahmed Chabali and his 'Free Iraqi Forces' pictured shortly
after being flown into the Southern Iraq City of Nasiriyah by the Pentagon on Sunday April
the 6th. Note the militia member circled in red.
Photo below shows the same 'Free Iraqi Forces' militia member
greeting US Marines moments before Saddam Statue is pulled down on April the 9th.
