The minimum Bush and Blair are guilty off is refusing informed opinion. To collude to commit an act of aggression based on unsubstantiated evidence. The manslaughter, the torture, the secret prisons, the refusal to charge anyone for the death of 31 prisoners, The kidnapping, the secret jails will come later.
