Kirkby Times received a few harsh emails concerning the Iraqi war coverage here - but events are quickly proving that the anti war stance was correct, and that Tony Blair simply lied to gather support. Remember our own local MP George Howarth was all for this war - even rising in the House of Nonsense to slap Blair's back and vote YES to the murder of Iraqi people and the utter destruction of the Country. Howarth can't be bothered sticking out his neck to bring Kirkby any money but thinks it's a great idea to spend Billions to help the American Oil Barons get richer.

Blair's behaviour is that of a dictator. Remember, he told us it was certain that Iraq could launch an attack with 'weapons of mass destruction' within 15 minutes. Then as the minutes passed in the invasion, and the hours and the days - many of us asked ' why aren't the weapons of mass destruction being used?' - The truth was that there were no weapons of mass destruction. Nothing more lethal than a few scud missiles and a few hundred rusting old tanks and anti aircraft guns. But Blair knew that - he need only have checked out the receipts from his arms dealing friends.

A tradition of deceit

Even the so called 'great wartime leader Winston Churchill was so sick in his mind he advocated dropping poison gas on Iraqi villages way back in the 1920's, Churchill's good friend 'Bomber Harris' (later responsible for the horrific firebombing of civilians in Dresden) said after bombing the Iraqi Kurds in the 1920's "The Arab and Kurd now know what real bombing means in casualties and damage. Within forty-five minutes a full-size village can be practically wiped out and a third of its inhabitants killed or injured". Blair is part of a tradition of arrogant English leaders who think bombing foreign Countries is perfectly acceptable. He is also prepared to use deceit to carry out this bombing. That too is traditional to UK political culture. We taught the World the art of deception.

Tony Blair Lies to the Nation

A few days ago, Blair announced or let slip that there were actually weapons programs of mass destruction - in other words the Iraqis, if they never had any weapons, were there with spanners in hand fixing the last few bits together. Now, we have Blair announcing, in America, that if we are actually wrong about the weapons of mass destruction - then 'history will forgive us' Blair is in effect saying that the 40 odd UK soldiers killed so far were simply there to help America rob the oil and whatever else they can find. He is telling us that the orphans of the soldiers killed will one day thank him.

A sinister turn

On Friday July 18th 2003, the man suspected of being a mole in the Iraq Weapons controversy, David Kelly, was found dead in a field. Already the 'news' papers are telling us 'it was suicide' - we haven't had an Inquest but the Police apparently have let slip that there's nothing really suspicious - why else would the journalists be speaking of suicide? One thing's for certain, the phoney Iraq War continues to destroy lives, and David Kelly may have died because he became a convenient scapegoat for Labours worried spin doctors. Kelly was blamed for being the mole who supposedly let slip to the BBC that documents given as evidence for Iraqi weapons of mass destruction were 'sexed up'. Most of us with any sense know full well that Blair and New Labour fabricated the evidence - they were so desperate they simply typed 'weapons of mass destruction' into google search engine, and patched together 'evidence'. The evidence amounted to little better than a second rate student's dissertation or thesis. We killed innocent people due to this evidence. David Kelly had a past in biological warfare - he was a scientist and had a lot of experience inspecting weapons in Iraq and was working as an expert for the MOD on the matter of biological warfare. Maybe he had held back some vital ammunition regarding the matter, either way there is no doubt that this matter is threatening Tony Blair's future as PM - and David Kelly's secrets now may never be known.

Dark Actors, MI5 searches and tapped telephones.

Hours before he allegedly killed himself, David Kelly sent an email to an unnamed journalist in which he told of 'many dark actors playing games'. David Kelly's house was also searched by MI5, or 'panicky MI5 officers' as the Sunday Mirror put it. It is also thought Kelly made a phonecall to a National Newspaper on the afternoon before his death, fearing his own phone line(s) was/were tapped.

Many believe Kelly was not the 'mole' - and the commons foreign affair committee cleared him of being one, some MP's reportedly making there minds up after 10 minutes. Conspiracy theories are already being banded about pointing to why he may have been killed rather than killing himself, we'll likely never know - but it is certain that the British State has many dirty secrets on file regarding assassinations. At a press conference in Japan, Tony Blair expressed his sympathy for Dr Kelly's family, but refused to answer a journalist who asked if he had blood on his hands.

More suspicious deaths of biological experts.

There is also the case of the American anthrax expert, one of the few people who would have been in a position to figure out the origin of the anthrax spores sent through the US postal service. Dr Don Wiley. But he's dead too. Apparentely he jumped off a cliff. On Nov. 16, Don C. Wiley 57, vanished, and his abandoned rental car was found on the Hernando de Soto Bridge outside Memphis, Tennesee. His body was found on Dec. 20

Dr Benito Que was another expert in biological warfare, and if you have any questions to ask him you're too late. Only 3 days before Don Wiley's death he was attacked by four men armed with baseball bats. On Nov. 12 2002, Benito Que, 52, was found comatose in the street near the laboratory where he worked at the University of Miami Medical School. He died on Dec. 6. More here about more mysterious deaths. Update - The Police have now released information stating that David Kelly had 'bled to death from a cut on his left wrist'. An open packet of the prescription-only painkiller Co-proxamol and a knife have apparently been recovered from the scene.
